Your duties

  • Receive, classify and independently process support requests up to their resolution
  • Document the requests in the internal ticket system
  • Advise and assist customers in technical support
  • Serve as first point of contact for international 1st Level Support and international consulting
  • Transfer customers from project management to technical support
  • Prepare documentation and analyses

Your qualifications

  • Vocational training or degree in computer science or related field or professional experience
  • Initial experience in customer support or software technical support required
  • Ability to use ticket systems
  • Very good German and English skills
