Shows information and media such as manuals, directions, maps or videos.
Signature
Capture signatures at any point in the workflow. For confirmation, acknowledgement or for POD and exchanging pallets in the logistics industry. The signature can be directly incorporated into a PDF document.
Photo function
For visual documentation of damages or signed original documents. Images are directly linked to the order and saved. Also serves as evidence of proper cargo securement in logistics.
Checklists
Organise data and workflows with custom checklists for cross-industry tasks such as quality control or logistics processes such as departure checks.
Status message
Set status messages manually or automatically and send them to everyone in the process. You can even define a specific rule-based sequence of messages if you wish – the ideal solution for lorry drivers in logistics, for example.
Chat
Office staff and mobile employees or drivers can send each other order-related text messages through the messaging feature – but not while driving. The messages are automatically archived with the order.
Call
The call function lets you manage phone communications about your orders between mobile employees/drivers, office/dispatchers and customers. The HABBL app automatically shows the numbers to call. Each call is documented with a results dialogue.
Multiple choice
In the selection dialogue, you can freely define questions and answers based on the process requirements in a structured manner. Users can only select one answer per question.
Intent call
Pull up external apps from within HABBL and incorporate them into the workflow. That way, you determine which extra apps your users can use.
Toggle
Use the toggle element to report the start and end of an event. It can be activated to indicate breaks, traffic jams or other interruptions in the order processing workflow.
Decision tree
HABBL walks users through workflows one step at a time. That’s invaluable for drivers when loading or unloading cargo or documenting damage.
User input
Enter text or numbers as free-form entries or as predefined content in the workflow. Add a note to an order or enter important data – for a logistics provider, that would be mileage, fuel levels or the number of swap bodies.
Navigation
This function pulls up your preferred navigation app and enters the order’s destination address to immediately calculate a route.
GPS
Track your vehicle fleet. Use geofencing to trigger position-based actions, too. In logistics applications, subcontractors’ lorries are only visible as long as they are handling a trip for you.
Barcode scan
Scan barcodes and two-dimensional codes such as QR codes. For delivering, collecting or handling labelled packages and articles or installing spare parts. A predefined status can be entered with every scan.
Pallet exchange
Document pallet exchanges more accurately and thus improve transparency. This function can be combined with the photo and signature features.
